About Me

Hi, I'm Christy Dunn.

I'm a wife, mom, coach, and the creator of the Strength Through Fire Program and Soul Care.

I help women navigate difficult seasons in marriage with clarity, strength, faith, and healthy boundaries.

For over 10 years, I have been passionate about helping women feel less alone in hard places. Long before coaching, I supported women through church leadership, MOPS, women's events, school leadership, and community spaces where women could feel safe, seen, and understood.

I understand how deeply marriage struggles can affect every part of a woman's life. The exhaustion. The overthinking. The confusion. The quiet feeling of falling apart while still trying to keep everything together.

That is why I created the Strength Through Fire Program and Soul Care.

My heart is to help women stop living in constant survival mode and begin feeling grounded in the Lord and in themselves again.

This work is deeply personal to me, and I'm honored to walk alongside women in these seasons.
