1. Check your email. Your confirmation and Zoom link are on their way. If you don't see them in a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and move the email to your inbox so you don't miss the reminders.

2. Save the date. Add the workshop to your calendar so it doesn't get lost in a busy week.

3. Bring a notebook. We'll pause a few times during the workshop so you can write down what comes up for you.

Can't make it live? Register anyway. I'll send the replay to your inbox. If there's any way you can be there live, I'd love for you to come. There's something special about being in the same space as other women who understand what you're going through. You don't have to explain why this is so hard. They get it.

You don't have to have anything figured out before we meet. Come exactly where you are.
