For over ten years, I've walked alongside women in hard marriage seasons, through betrayal, addiction, emotional abandonment, and moments they never saw coming.

I don't have a perfect life. I don't have all the answers. But I know what it feels like to sit in emotional exhaustion and wonder if things will ever feel okay again.

That's why I created the Soul Care Pathway—a place for women to become grounded again, in their faith and in themselves.

You don't have to figure this out alone, and you don't have to have it all sorted out before you reach out.
